Joe LhotaJoe was born and raised in the Bronx to two hard-working parents. His father was a member of the NYPD. One grandfather was a FDNY firefighter and the other was a New York City taxi driver.
Scott StringerBorn and raised in New York City, Scott Stringer was elected to the New York State Assembly in 1992, representing Manhattan’s Upper West Side for 13 years. In 2006, Scott was elected Manhattan Borough President.
