Three North Jersey Commanders Reassigned In Light Of High-Speed Police Escort

The commander of the troop overseeing Northern New Jersey, Maj. Robert Catullo, has been reassigned after a high-speed police escort scandal, as has his deputy commander, Capt. Michael Cerisano, as well as a regional commander, Capt. Warren Moore.
