Westminster Dog Pre-Show Parties for NYC Shelter Pets

The 136th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show barks its way into the Big Apple this week, with the purebreeds strutting their stuff at Madison Square Garden. But before they name Best In Show, a pre-show party and fashion show was held to benefit New York City shelter animals.
