Giants Head To Philadelphia Amidst More Changes Along Offensive Line

The New York Football Giants seek to extend their winning streak to a modest two games as the team faces the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The Giants fluid offensive line situation changed again this week, after starting center David Baas was placed on season ending injured reserve. The Eagles enter the contest relatively healthy, although last week’s starting quarterback, Nick Foles, is likely out with a concussion.

Eagles Relatively Healthy, Giants Injury Report Grows Heading Into Sunday’s Contest

The Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants are each desperate for a victory on Sunday, so any advantage can prove helpful. Meanwhile, the New York Giants had eight players who did not practice, in addition to the pending trade of Jon Beason to work with heading into week five.

Giants, Eagles Both Desperate For A Win

The only thing that separates the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles is Philly’s surprise win over the Washington Redskins on opening day. While the G-men have dropped four straight to open the 2013 NFL campaign, the Eagles have dropped three in a row, including a 54-20 drubbing at the hands of the Denver Broncos last week. Both teams are focused on playing 60 minutes of football in Eagles coach Chip Kelly’s first tilt in the Meadowlands.
