Lautenberg, Pallone Push Faster Testing Of NJ Ocean Waters

Expanding on the Beach Act of 2000, the lawmakers are introducing new legislation which would require more rapid testing of the New Jersey’s ocean water.

Record Amount Of Trash Hauled From N.J. Beaches

It’s a dubious distinction for New Jersey. Clean Ocean Action says 475,321 pieces of trash were collected from 127 miles of shoreline.
