Community Board 3 Set To Vote On PARK Smart Parking Plan In Jackson Heights

The plan would increase the time limits on parking meters from one hour to two hours in some places, including 74th Street and Roosevelt Avenue. But it would also cost more.

Some Residents Not Happy About 7-Eleven On St. Mark’s Place

A 7-Eleven is set to open between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue at the end of the month, and some believe it will negatively change the character of the neighborhood.
