Edgar Martes, 17, and Marcus Westbrook, 15, were last seen around 1:15 p.m. Monday in lower Manhattan.
The thief entered Jimmy’s Diner, at 92 Calyer St. in Greenpoint, through a basement door around 5:20 a.m. on Sept. 24, police said.
The teen was waiting for the Bx36 bus when police said a man pulled up in a white cargo van and stopped, opened the side door and grabbed the girl’s arm in an attempt to drag her into the van.
The suspect walked up behind a 20-year-old woman, put her in a choke hold and then tried to rape her, police said. He then took off with the woman’s bag.
On Thursday afternoon, police said the suspects tried to break a display case with a hammer, but were unsuccessful and fled the store empty-handed.
The incident happened last Wednesday around 8:15 a.m. at the Junction Boulevard and Roosevelt Avenue subway station.
Police said a man wearing a mask walked into the deli, pulled out a gun and demanded money.
In the first incident, the suspect walked up behind a 20-year-old woman near East 188th Street and Lorillard Place last Thursday and forcibly touched her, police said. The next day, police said the suspect did the same thing to a 26-year-old woman near Fairmount Place and Marmion Avenue.
Dozens of police departments as well as state and federal authorities have been hunting for 63-year-old Sang Ho Kim of Queens.
Ross Reisner, 50, was shot in the chest around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday at his home on Upper Sheep Pasture Road in Setauket, police said.
Police said the suspect came up behind a 37-year-old man as he was walking down the street and then bashed him in the head with a brick.
A 39-year-old woman was walking into her building when the suspect pushed her to the floor and then tried to rape her, police said.
The boy was walking with his mother who was pushing his 4-year-old sister in a stroller when three men walked up, held a gun to the boy’s back and demanded money, police said.
Around 5 a.m. on Sept. 17, a 35-year-old woman hailed a SUV livery cab, police said. One inside, police said she was raped by the driver.
Police on Long Island are investigating the drawing of swastikas and racial slurs on vehicles in Holbrook late last month.
