Colo. Movie Theater Massacre Suspect James Holmes Makes First Court Appearance

Looking dazed with his hair dyed red, James Holmes, the man accused of opening fire inside a Colorado moving theater during a midnight showing of the new Batman movie “The Dark Knight Rises,” made his first court appearance on Monday.

Aurora Police: Detonation Is Successful At Accused Shooter James Holmes’ Apartment

At roughly 12:45 p.m., a loud blast was heard in the area, and the Aurora Police Department said that the detonation was successful at Holmes’ apartment.
