The man charged with killing four people during a drug holdup at a Long Island pharmacy is now represented by Amy Fisher’s former attorney.
A Suffolk County official says the 33-year-old, who is charged with killing four people at a Medford pharmacy in June, has been excused from jury duty.
Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota revealed the grisly details of the killings Thursday and said he will seek the maximum punishment for Laffer if convicted.
Laffer’s Attorney, Mary Beth Abbate, said she expected that four counts of first-degree murder would be added to the charges. She also offered the very first glimpses into Laffer’s psyche.
