Boat Driver Charged In Last Summer’s Fatal Hudson River Crash Makes Court Appearance

Prosecutors say Jojo John was under the influence and at the controls of the 19-foot power boat as it slammed into a construction barge last July, killing Lindsey Stewart and Mark Lennon.

Boat Driver Accused In Fatal Hudson River Crash Pleads Not Guilty

Jojo John of Nyack pleaded not guilty at his arraigned Wednesday in Rockland County Court. The charges include vehicular manslaughter and operating a vessel under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
