Rangers To Give 2 Annual Hockey Camp Scholarships In Derek Boogaard’s Memory

The Rangers said Wednesday that two 8-year old boys from New York, who have family members in the military, will attend the weeklong Rangers Summer Youth Hockey Camp this month at the MSG Training Center. They’ll give two scholarships annually to honor deceased forward Derek Boogarad.

Family Of Rangers’ Derek Boogaard Asks For Donations To Benefit Kids

The family of Derek Boogaard, the Rangers forward who died last week in Minnesota, is asking for donations to be made to Defending the Blue Line in his memory, in lieu of flowers.
