If Budget Talks Fail, Connecticut Could Cut $1 Billion In Municipal Aid

Connecticut Gov. Dan Malloy’s budget plan counts on a billion dollars in union concessions per year over the next two years, and if talks break down, a billion dollar cut in municipal aid is possible.
