Group Pleads Guilty In Defrauding Holocaust Reparations Organization Of $57 Million

Prosecutors said married couple Moysey and Dora Kucher and Genrikh Kolontyrskiy entered the guilty plea on Wednesday for conspiring to defraud programs administered by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
