Police have released a surveillance photo and a sketch of a suspect who they say is wanted in a sex assault of a woman in Queens.
Police are looking for an alleged hit-and-run driver who fatally struck a man in Queens on Friday night.
Darien Baker and an unidentified female pedestrian were killed following a collision on Queens Boulevard at 58th Street.
According to police, the driver of the 2001 Kawasaki motorcycle was heading eastbound on Queens Boulevard when he hit the man attempting to cross 44th Street just before 4 a.m.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.
“This is a vicious attack – whether they knew each other or didn’t know each other,” Councilman Peter Vallone Jr. said. “There is no excuse for this. This guy is an animal. And luckily we have this videotape.”
The baby girl, whose umbilical cord was still attached, was found shortly after 7 a.m. on 28th Street.
