Police were investigating Wednesday evening after pro-Palestinian groups unfurled a political protest flag on the span of the Manhattan Bridge.
Four police detectives on Thursday rescued a man they found standing on a beam on the Brooklyn Bridge with a mask and duct tape on his face.
Officers said they got the call of a man wearing red shorts climbing the bridge at around 12:20 p.m.
Documents obtained by CBS 2 show delays in calls coming to EMS ranging from minutes to hours. One delay was two and a half hours and another was five hours.
