Driver Arrested After Hit-And-Run Of Delivery Man On Bike

A 28-year-old delivery man on his bike was struck by a car on Eighth Avenue late Friday night. Around 10:20 p.m., a 2001 Lexus mowed down the delivery man, throwing him from the bike and pinning him under an SUV.
