Judge Orders Release Of Spy Case Testimony By Ethel Rosenberg’s Brother

A judge this week ordered the unsealing of key grand jury testimony from 1950, which may give new fuel to suspicions that Ethel Rosenberg was unjustly convicted of espionage.

Report: NSA Leaker Edward Snowden Avoids Extradition, Bound For Ecuador

An Aeroflot flight from Hong Kong believed to be carrying Edward Snowden landed in Moscow. On Sunday afternoon, WikiLeaks said Snowden was going to Ecuador to seek asylum.
