Federal Grants Denied To Sandy-Damaged Homeowners Who Made Repairs

Some owners of Sandy-damaged homes who already have made repairs have now been told they are not eligible for reimbursements through federal grants.

N.Y. Officials To Provide Almost $16 Million To Help Fight Homelessness Around State

New York officials said that they’re providing almost $16 million to 67 organizations around the state to help fight homelessness and provide housing. Many of the grants are to renew funding for existing programs.
