At a meeting on Tuesday night, Superintendent Michael Salvatore apologized to parents for last week’s incident in which two maintenance workers allegedly tied up four students in a school bathroom.
This weekend, rumors started flying on Facebook that maintenance workers allegedly tied up and gagged a group of four boys inside a bathroom at Gregory Elementary School in Long Branch.
One student told a parent that he and the other boys were tied up by the men, suggesting it may have started as something of a game or prank.
