Aquaphor New York City Triathlon Causes Commuter Alert, Road Closures

More than 3,000 triathletes competed in the 12th Annual Aquaphor New York City Triathlon, and a commuter alert was in effect on Sunday for people traveling on the west side of Manhattan.
