Criminal Charges Possible After 2-Year-Old Girl Was Left Behind By Day Care Center Workers

A captain involved in the case told WCBS 880′s Sophia Hall that criminal charges are expected next week, as early as Monday. The charges could include endangering the welfare of a child.
