ASPCA: Bronx Woman Arrested For Neglecting, Starving Seventh-Month-Old Pit Bulls

A Bronx woman was arrested on Friday for allegedly neglecting and starving her two seven-month-old pit bulls, according to a statement from The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
