NY Man Charged In Deer Hunter’s Fatal Shooting

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department said Terry Hofferberth of Alexandria Bay was charged with second-degree manslaughter, hunting after legal hours and using a shotgun during muzzle-loading season.
