A car flipped over and got caught under a semi-trailer truck on the New York State Thruway in Yonkers Friday afternoon, leaving three people injured and snagging traffic.
The shooter may have been in an SUV, according to state police.
The accident, which involved a Thruway Authority plow truck, two tractor-trailers and four cars, happened around 10:45 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate 87 near exit 16 in Woodbury, police said.
