L.I. Man Allegedly Posed As Doctor To Prescribe Himself Potent Painkillers

District Attorney Thomas Spota said Matthew DelPesce managed to get ahold of oxycodone and other drugs from five pharmacies in April and May.

Long Island Man Accused Of Luring Teenage Girl By Pretending To Be A Cop

Robert Villaviciencio told a group of teens at Jones Beach he was an off-duty police officer and demanded a 14-year-old girl come with him because the group was smoking and drinking beer, prosecutors said.
