Straphanger Wanted For Secretly Taping Women On Subways And Posting Videos Online

The straphanger allegedly uses a camera hidden in a Starbucks cup to steal shots of women while they ride the rails. He calls himself “John Zippy,” and he posts his shots on a YouTube channel called “New York Subway Girls.”
