Reckless Driving Charge To Be Dropped In Fatal Sky Express Bus Crash

A misdemeanor charge will be dropped against a driver for a discount bus service whose bus crashed on Interstate 95, killing four people and injuring others, a prosecutor said Friday.

Driver In Fatal Sky Express Bus Crash Pleads Not Guilty

Kin Yiu Cheung, a driver of a discount bus that crashed in Virginia killing four people, has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter.
