Lights Begin Shining On Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree

Cee Lo Green, Rod Stewart, and Mariah Carey performed during the ceremony before the lighting. All the waiting was well worth it for the people lining 50th and 49th streets in Rockefeller Center when the 45,000 lights lit up.

Norway Spruce From NJ Headed To Rockefeller Center Survived Sandy

The 80-foot Norway spruce weighs 10 tons and is 50 feet in diameter. It has been growing on the Mount Olive property owned by Joseph Balku in Morris County.
