Ex-Girlfriend’s Abortion Suit Dismissed Against Nets CEO Brett Yormark

A judge has dismissed a lawsuit against Nets CEO Brett Yormark by an ex-girlfriend who claimed he promised to stay in the relationship if she had an abortion.
