President Barack Obama’s administration has been given the green light to go forward with its plan to make the morning-after pill available to buyers of all ages and without a prescription – but it must do so right away.

Federal Government To Comply With Order Allowing Morning After Pill For All Ages

The federal government on Monday told a judge in Brooklyn that it will reverse course, and take steps to comply with his order to allow girls of any age to buy emergency contraception without prescriptions.

Judge Orders FDA To Remove Age Restrictions From ‘Morning After’ Pill

Young teenage girls may soon be able to get the so-called “morning after pill” without a doctor’s or a parent’s permission. A Brooklyn judge dealt the Obama administration a blow, saying age restrictions must go.
