A Long Island woman has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of her 8-year-old disabled daughter.
Julie Cirella, 8, was found dead near her wheelchair at her Plainview home last July, hours after failing to appear as the flower girl at a cousin’s wedding.
Veronica Cirella, 30, of Plainview was charged with manslaughter at her arraignment at the Nassau University Medical Center.
