NY Food Truck Lunch: Jap-Che With Galbi From Bob & Jo

Bob & Jo is a food truck that hit the street a little over a year ago serving what they call “Korean fusion cuisine.” We’re not sure where the “fusion” comes in because the menu looks pretty traditional, but the food is good, which is what matters.

This was a tasty, healthy meal. The pork pieces were grilled and had a little spiciness to them. There were also two hot sauces available on the side if you want more heat – gochujang (chili paste) and sriracha (hot sauce).

NY Food Truck Lunch: Spicy Chicken & Dumplings From Gobuki

These weren’t the best dumplings I’ve ever had, but they were decent, and with 6 dumplings for $4, it was a good value. An even better value was the spicy chicken over rice.
