Long Beach Man Pleads Guilty To Hitting Teen, Dragging Her 600 Feet

German Gutierrez, 50, pleaded guilty Thursday to assault, depraved indifference, aggravated driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident with serious physical injury, Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice announced.

Jerome Nadler was last seen on Labor Day when he had gone fly fishing. He was discovered in a thick area of woods by a Suffolk County police K-9 unit.
