N.J. Liquor Store: Owner Of Winning $338M Powerball Ticket Comes Forward

Late Monday afternoon 44-year-old Pedro Quezada walked into the Eagles Liquor in Passaic, N.J., and checked to see if he had the sole winning ticket for Saturday’s $338.3 million Powerball drawing.
