Incognito is receiving a pass for using racial slurs — at least from his teammates — because he’s considered “an honorary black man,” according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.

“Richie Incognito, is he wrong? Absolutely,” Rolle told Joe & Evan. “But I think the other guy is just as much to blame because he’s allowed it to happen.”
The NFL Players Association said Tuesday that it will insist on a fair investigation for all involved in the Miami Dolphins harassment case.
