Many Schools Remain Closed, Some Used As Shelters For Storm Victims

Many students will be heading back to school Monday, but that is not possible in places where school buildings have been serving as shelters for people who have been left homeless.

Gov. Christie: ‘I Just Never Thought I Would See What I Saw Today’

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said he never thought he would see such destruction, after he took a helicopter tour of the wreckage wrought by Superstorm Sandy on the Jersey Shore.
