A man was indicted Friday on charges that he threw a Molotov cocktail into a Brooklyn bodega, leaving a store clerk injured and burning out the store.
Charles Diaz, 35, of Brooklyn, has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, arson and criminal possession of a weapon.
The incident happened at around 1:55 a.m. Wednesday at a 24-hour mini-mart located at 3901 Fort Hamilton Pkwy.
Anthony Graziano and Aakash Dalal have been indicted for the month-long string of attacks which included the attempted murder of Rabbi Neil Schuman, the firebombing of Temple Beth El Rutherford and Temple Beth El Hackensack, prosecutors said.
Aakash Dalal, 20, is charged with conspiring to kill Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor Martin Delaney.
The fire broke out around 2 a.m. Tuesday at a home on Weichers Street in Lake Ronkonkoma and quickly spread to the first and second floors.
Prosecutors in Bergen County said Aakas Dalal,19, was arrested for his role in anti-Semitic crimes earlier this year in Rutherford and Paramus.

Police have charged 40-year-old Ray Lazier Lengend of 89-04 215 St., in Queens with five counts of criminal possession of a weapon, four counts of arson and one count of arson as a hate crime.
Authorities announced a $10,000 reward that will be paid by the NYPD for information leading to an arrest and conviction. In addition, Crime Stoppers is also offering a $2,000 reward.
