A public health threat has been declared in Nassau County after record numbers of mosquito sites are testing positive for the West Nile Virus on Long Island.
New York City has its first confirmed case of West Nile Virus. CBS 2’s Dave Carlin reports there’s a growing number of mosquitoes testing positive for the virus and the city has a plan to deal with the problem.
