The death of a woman found shot in the head at a Staten Island motel this past weekend has been ruled a homicide, police said Monday.
Eight others were also hurt in the blaze, which broke out around 5:30 a.m. at the Mariner’s Cove Motor Inn in Point Pleasant Beach.
