The Smokehouse sandwich had grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, bbq sauce, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Now that’s a sandwich!
With all the exotic food trucks around, it’s been a while since we had that staple of the American lunch diet, a tuna melt. And with a $5 tuna melt, we had room in our wallet for $4 onion rings.
Under the burger was spicy mayo, and on top of the burger was cheddar cheese, guacamole, jalapeño, red onions, lettuce and tomato. The cheddar cheese melted really well, and mixed with the guacamole. There was a creaminess, with a little bit of a bite, that went very well with this meaty burger.
The combination of bacon, barbecue sauce and a burger is usually pretty awesome, and this one was even better with an onion ring on top.
