Police charged Wilfred Labossiere, 31, of 306 Beach 19th Street in Far Rockaway with second degree murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
After shooting the officer, the suspect allegedly shot another person dead in an apparent carjacking bid. An intense search for the suspect followed.
