State Police: Motorcycle Clocked At 166 MPH On N.Y. State Thruway

That blur of color you just saw zipping by was in fact, according to police, a human being. A motorcycle traveling south Wednesday on the New York State Thruway in the Village of Ravena in Albany County was clocked at 166 mph, the State Police said.
