A manhunt was on Thursday night for the suspects wanted in the killing of a 19-year-old earlier in the day on Manhattan’s West Side following an apparent fight among high school students.
The Daily News reported that 52-year-old Lingbo Shen was walking on the pedestrian lane walking towards her Queens home on Thursday evening when she was hit. Shen told the paper she was knocked unconscious, where she said she was left for hours before getting taken to the hospital.
It happened around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Avenue and East 89th Street.
Years before a widely publicized reunion between a girl who was snatched from a New York hospital and her birth mother, Connecticut’s child protection agency had doubts about the true identity of the girl, who was raised under a false name in Bridgeport, a department spokesman said Saturday.
