The Cuomo administration said this week that some 360 charging stations for electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids will be installed across the state as part of a five-year initiative to expand their use.
The plan to have state buildings more energy efficient by 2020 will be aided by $450 million in low-cost financing from the New York Power Authority.
