Frank Kuni, NJ Sex Offender Who Worked For U.S. Census Bureau, Gets 3 Years In Prison

U.S. District Judge Noel Hillman said he gave Kuni a harsh penalty because the 49-year-old Pennsauken resident used a false name when he went to work for the Census Bureau.
