NY Food Truck Lunch: Chicken Satay & Vanilla Panna Cotta from Now Eat This!
There were 3 skewers with grilled chicken, but they were far from thin. These were among the meatiest chicken satay skewers I’ve had. The white-meat chicken was nicely grilled and quite thick, with the thickness helping keep in the juices.
NY Food Truck Lunch: Lasagna Bolognese From Now Eat This!
Just below the top layer of lasagna was zucchini, meat sauce with chunks of tomato, and some ricotta cheese. It all tasted good, but you can’t really compare this to a big, rich, gooey lasagna that has tons of ground beef, sausage, ricotta and mozzarella.
