Bloomberg Announces ‘Rapid Repair’ Program To Speed Up Post-Sandy Recovery

The mayor said that starting Tuesday, New Yorkers whose homes were damaged in the storm can go to a city restoration center, get a Federal Emergency Management Agency number and sign up.
