Bus Driver In Deadly Bronx Crash Not Guilty Of All Charges Except One

Ophadell Williams was cleared of the most serious charges against him in connection with the March 12, 2011 crash. He was found guilty of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree.

Trial Under Way For Ophadell Williams, Driver Charged In Fatal 2011 Bronx Tour Bus Crash

Assistant District Attorney Gary Weil said a tour bus driver’s “reckless behavior” caused a crash that killed 15 people in the Bronx last year.
