Oakwood Beach, S.I. Residents Set To Return Neighborhood To Mother Nature

Hit hard by Superstorm Sandy a year ago, the Oakwood Beach neighborhood of Staten Island has become the first officially to give up on rebuilding.

Oakwood Beach Homeowners Flooded Out By Sandy Looking Forward To State Buyouts

The flooding from superstorm Sandy practically washed one Staten Island neighborhood off the map, and that has many residents anxious to leave for good.
