Bobby Jackson of Fayetteville, N.C. has been charged with criminal possession of a loaded weapon and reckless endangerment.
On Sunday, the man walked into the lobby of the Club Quarters Hotel on Washington Street in lower Manhattan at around 2 p.m. and pulled out a loaded pistol, police said.
Agents found the loaded .45 caliber pistol when the Cancun-bound man’s items were going through a metal detector Monday.
The father of an 8-year-old boy was facing criminal charges Friday, after his son allegedly brought a loaded gun to school in Queens and sold it to a classmate.
